Mirelo SFX is now a Kiro Power

Mirelo SFX is now a Kiro Power.

Install it, and your Kiro agent generates and edits sound effects, Foley, and ambience without leaving your existing workflow.

Kiro is the agentic IDE built by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

A Kiro Power bundles MCP tools with steering guidance. Kiro loads the relevant context dynamically based on the task.

You could point Kiro at the Mirelo MCP server alone. The Power adds the steering: which tool fits, when to check cost before a batch, and how to follow a job through completion.

Sign in with your Mirelo account; generations draw on your existing Studio credits.

With the Mirelo SFX Power, Kiro can:

• Generate sound effects from a text description
• Create sound for video, synced to the action
• Extend a clip that is too short while continuing its character
• Replace a selected region of a sound clip, leaving the rest untouched
• Check estimated cost and job progress before and during generation

Try prompts such as:

"Add synchronized swooshes, cloth movement, and a door slam to this video."

"Replace the noisy section in this ambience, then extend the result to 30 seconds."

Get started

1. Create a Mirelo account, or sign in if you already have one.
2. Install the Mirelo SFX Power in Kiro.
3. Ask Kiro to generate or edit a sound. It will activate the Power when relevant, check what the task needs, and guide the job through completion.

If the marketplace install is not available in your Kiro setup, open Powers → Add Custom Power → Import power from GitHub and paste the Mirelo SFX Power repository URL.

Install it once and hand your footage to Kiro. Then the Mirelo Power can handle all the sounds.
