Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the use of Mirelo’s Services. Where this AUP uses terms that are defined in the Terms of Service (The “Terms”), those terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.

We reserve the right to change this AUP in accordance with the Terms.

You shall not use, and encourage or allow any other person or entity to use the Services in prohibited manners, including but not limited to the following:

1.1 Prohibited Input and Output

You agree not to submit Input or generate, in particular, any of the following Output through our Services:

Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets, or rights of publicity, or otherwise violates, infringes or misappropriates the rights of any third party
Content that infringes on personal rights (e.g. with respect to another person’s voice or image)
Illegal or unlawful Content that violates any law, rule, regulation, or court order
Content that is defamatory, offensive, libelous, morally objectionable, obscene, or pornographic, that serves to incite hatred, hate speech, illicit deep fakes, or fake news, that promotes or trivializes discrimination, violence, terrorism, or racism, that is capable of seriously endangering children or young people morally or impairing their well-being, or that may damage the reputation of Mirelo
Content that encourages criminal activity or provides instructions for illegal acts
Content containing viruses, spam, worms or any other malicious, harmful, or deleterious programs or code, or software designed to disrupt or limit the functionality of the Services
Content containing personal data within the meaning of the GDPR without sufficient legal basis
Unauthorized advertisements for commercial products or services and/or promotion of multi-level marketing schemes

1.2 Use Conditions

By using the Services, you agree to:

Avoid actions that may compromise the functionality or security of the Services’ technical infrastructure, such as overloading the system or disrupting the appearance of the Services
Not attempt to access content that is not intentionally made available through the Services
Not compromise, circumvent, or test the vulnerability of any of Mirelo’s technical safeguards or other security measures
Not misappropriate, modify, alter, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or otherwise decipher the Services’ source code, trade secrets, or know-how, including Mirelo’s AI Models, algorithms, or other artificial intelligence systems, or create derivative works, except as allowed by law
Not use automated systems or software, including any robot, spider, crawlers, scraper, or other forms of automatic processing to extract, scrape, intercept, or otherwise misuse data from the Services (including but not limited to Mirelo’s training data), particularly for commercial purposes or publication on third-party platforms, or assist third parties in doing.
Not use Output or any data derived from the Services to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise improve any AI model, machine learning model, or neural network, whether directly or indirectly.
Not access other Users’ accounts without their explicit consent
Not use the Services to create or improve competing products or services, or to train AI models, machine learning models, or other technologies
Not use the Services in any manner that may subject Mirelo or any third party to liability, damages or danger
Not attempt to bypass subscription plan, usage or credit limits or other Service restrictions.
